What has Happened to Gender Pay Gap Reporting?

Since gender pay gap reporting became mandatory for large employers in 2017, the average GPG for full time employees has marginally reduced year on year from 18.4% to an estimated 15.5% in 2020.

What Health and Safety Obligations do Employers have with regards to Employees Working Remotely and Domestic Abuse?

There is nothing new about an employer’s duty of care toward its employees, but the call to action with regards to looking out for signs of domestic abuse has become necessary; it is not, perhaps, immediately apparent to most employers that this is part of the statutory duty of care.
