CM Murray is delighted to have recently delivered the firm’s very first virtual internship programme with university students Eleanor, Kelys and Abigail. The successful week-long programme took place during September and offered our interns an engaging and insightful experience into the world of life at a specialist employment and partnership law firm.
Our interns had a structured and interactive programme of virtual activities including being set a challenging legal research task, carrying out research on client matters, presenting a case summary at a team know how meeting, an opportunity to ask associates and partners about their path into law and life as a lawyer, an introduction to law firm finances, training on marketing and business development as well as some virtual social activities. We also learnt a lot from them – particularly in relation to our use of social media.
All our interns thoroughly enjoyed the week and getting an insight into the collaborative atmosphere of CM Murray. We are delighted to hear that they have all been inspired to continue their legal careers.
