Speakers:

  • Harry D Jones – International Employment & Labor Law Chair at Polsinelli: Harry is a leading cross-border workforce investigations and claims lawyer. He has led over a hundred high-profile inquiries into corruption, harassment, abuse, and workplace threats; working closely with law enforcement, media and board of directors across the world.
     

  • Adam Tolley KC – Barrister at Fountain Court Chambers: Adam is a leading silk at Fountain Court most recently well known for his public investigation following his appointment by the Prime Minister into conduct complaints made against the then Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Justice, the Rt Hon Dominic Raab MP.  Adam Tolley KC has a wide ranging practice, specialising in commercial litigation, employment law and tax.
     

  • Sarah Chilton – Senior Partner at CM Murray LLP: Sarah is Senior Partner at CM Murray LLP. She advises senior executives on a wide range of employment law issues including misconduct and wrongdoing, internal investigations – often within regulated sectors and related issues including discrimination, mental wellbeing issues, and whistleblowing. She regularly advises executives under investigation on their rights and obligations, and she also frequently manages the investigation processes for employers giving her a rounded perspective of the various and complex issues which arise in these situations.
     

  • Emma Bartlett – Partner at CM Murray LLP: Emma is Partner at CM Murray LLP and investigations form a significant part of Emma’s senior executive practice. She routinely advises senior executives on internal investigations relating to gross misconduct, professional conduct breaches, sexual harassment, and will work closely, as required, with other experts including regulatory or criminal lawyers. Emma is also an experienced independent investigator.  She is a member of the Dignity at Work panel of a European institution to conduct independent investigations alongside European lawyers/psychologists.
