In support of this year’s International Women’s Day (IWD) campaign theme #EmbraceEquity, we invited our colleagues at CM Murray LLP to share their own experiences of embracing equity, and discuss why equal opportunities aren’t enough and can in fact be exclusionary, rather than inclusive. People don’t necessarily begin life in the same place and so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action.

IWD presents us with an opportunity to celebrate women’s achievements across the globe, and to raise awareness about the further barriers that we need to overcome together to promote women’s equality.
