Kelsey Murrell is an Associate specialising in employment and partnership law.
Before joining CM Murray, Kelsey worked on employment matters and civil litigation in both the US and UK. Kelsey is particularly experienced in cases involving discrimination, harassment and sexual assault.
Recent experience:
- Advised a publicly listed US-based multinational employer with UK offices in the UK working closely with the company’s American General Counsel on UK employment issues.
- Advised senior executives and senior academics in financial services, science and technology on a range of employment issues including discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing.
- Litigated several high profile, high value civil rights cases on behalf of claimants/plaintiffs resulting in multi-million dollar settlements.
- Regularly commented on employment law issues in national and international news including, Sky News, LBC, HuffingtonPost, Inside Higher Education and Bloomberg Law.
Kelsey was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in August 2019 and to the California Bar in 2022.
