Future Proofing Partnerships: Equity, Governance & Growth – Join us on 20 November

Professional Services Firms are adopting innovative partnership, remuneration and governance structures to sustain long-term growth and resilience in a competitive landscape, but this process can lead to internal tensions and disputes with opposing views.

As professional services firms grow and evolve, it is essential to adapt continuously to attract and retain the brightest talent.

The London Leadership Circle will focus on how firms can effectively manage the full life cycle of equity partnerships, from entry points to succession planning, ensuring long-term stability and success.

CM Murray and Lexington Consultants will be facilitating a Leadership Circle for senior professional services firm leaders, exploring the critical factors driving the success of partnership businesses at The Law Society in London.

Join a select group of professional services leaders to discuss in an interactive and participatory session, some of the most critical issues faced by partnership businesses.

It is a pleasure to invite you to join our 2024 Leadership Circle in advance of the IBA’s Law Firm of the Future London Conference. Some of the issues that we will discuss include:
  • How firms can evolve their partnership, governance and remuneration structures to attract and retain talented equity partners across generations.

  • The role of salaried partner or fixed equity status as potential stepping stones toward full equity partnership.

  • The challenge of using data and partner KPIs to maintain expected levels of contribution throughout an equity partner’s career.

  • Effective strategies for ensuring smooth succession of equity partners that benefit both the firm and the individual.
