The discussion will focus on one of the most pressing leadership questions facing professional services firms:
This session will explore how firms can preserve the values that have traditionally underpinned professional partnerships while adapting to a more demanding, data-driven and evidence-based environment. At the same time, the discussion will recognise that leadership increasingly requires firms to step beyond that traditional comfort zone: to challenge established assumptions, to take more difficult and earlier decisions, and to address issues that are often easier to defer than confront.
The session will be highly interactive and held under the Chatham House Rule, with a focus on candid exchange and practical insight. To support this, the discussion will be structured around a case study designed to stimulate debate and practical problem-solving, enabling participants to test how these issues play out in real-world leadership scenarios.
